Happy Hump Day
Okay, gang, here they are.
Your happy hump day funnies, to get you over the midweek hump and sailing toward the wonderful weekend.
This one just cracked me up.
"Hope you weren't too fond of it." *burp*
You can cause someone to look like this. Visit your local animal shelter.
My Sophie gets under her bed like this. Even without hearing the word "vet".
This one almost qualified as today's "aw". Don't you love that face.
But here's the official "aw" for the day.
Buddies come in all shapes and sizes.
And one bonus pic today. Remember my post last week on my Christmas high tech nightmare?
Here's some of these family sharing 3D movie night.
Did that do it? Enough chuckles to keep you going through the week? Well, then my job here is done. As always, I'd love to hear which ones you liked.
Courtroom Nonsense of the Day:
(from actual court transcripts)
(from actual court transcripts)
ATTORNEY:So the date of conception (of the baby) was August 8th?
WITNESS:Yes.
ATTORNEY:And what were you doing at that time?
WITNESS:Getting laid.
ATTORNEY:How was your first marriage terminated?
WITNESS:By death.
ATTORNEY:And by whose death was it terminated?
WITNESS:Take a guess.
ATTORNEY:She had three children, right?
WITNESS:Yes.
ATTORNEY:How many were boys?
WITNESS:None.
ATTORNEY:Were there any girls?
WITNESS:Your Honor, I think I need a different attorney. Can I get a new attorney?
WITNESS:Yes.

My favorite picture? The happy doggie!
But I love those courtroom transcripts the BEST!!
Your tv watchers look like secret agents. The only one you needed to add was Sophie (with glasses). :)
Awww. I love the kitty and bird pic! So sweet.
And I'm still giggling over the court transcripts. Too funny!
awesome pics! esp the 3d glasses!
and those courtroom funnies - ha ha ha ha! i need a new attorney...it must be hell to have to ask those redundant questions!
Stacy - yeah, I have a soft spot for that one, too.
Maria - Well, Stan was in glasses but outside of camera range. Wouldn't try putting them on Sophie. You know how she is; it would probably traumatize her.
Linda G. - Hey, I got an "awww". That is a great picture.
Tara - Well, it looks like the courtroom funnies are a hit. I'll have to see if I can dig up some more.
Just glad you got all of the technology working!
First one is great. Someone needs to send it to Trump.
That was a SUPER awww! Way too sweet. I also like the hampster one - kitty's fact totally looked like he was thinking that.
Thanks for all these laughs. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. :)
Alex - Do you think he'd see the resemblance?
Nicki - Glad I gave you an "aw" and a laugh. That's what I was aiming for.
Your Hump Day post always make me laugh. Thanks for helping us with the winter blues.

Thoughts in Progress
I do love cute pet pictures, but the lawyer joke is priceless.
Mason - You're very welcome. Thanks for coming by.
Patricia - and made funnier by the fact that they're all taken from actual court transcripts.
Now this is the way to start my day--with several laughs. I just read a blog about a noisy hamster that the owner was afraid that the hamster had ideas of escape--something that would not end well with her cats. Your pic 2 fits well with that idea.
Thanks LD.
Slamdunk - Cats and hamsters, not good housemates.
The treat dog is adorable!!!
And those transcripts are more than a little frightening!
Jemi - What? Do they shake your faith in our legal system?
