First Happy Hump Day of 2013

Happy Hump Day

Yeah, I know it's the second Wednesday of the year but last Tuesday was a holiday so the Wednesday doesn't qualify as a hump day.

I was actually trying to put this post up last night but silly Blogger wouldn't let me upload any pictures (it does that sometimes) and I have some good ones for you, so I waited until this morning.

Okay, here are your Hump Day funnies.

Reminds me of my sons when they were young.

I think the caption for this one should be, "Don't tell Mom."

With a few minor adjustments, this works for dogs, too.  At least my dogs.

Oh, we're back to my sons again.  And my dogs.

Gotta love that expression.

For your Hump Day "aw" I couldn't decide between the next two, so I'm including them both. Which one works best for you?

The first one is a more traditional "aw".

Come on, you know you said it.

This one is both a funny and an "aw", but I went more "aw". Look at that face.

Don't you want to buy him a nice mocha latte.

Okay, that should do it.  Hope these funnies help you over the mid-week hump and onto the downhill slope to the weekend.  Did you have a favorite?

Hey, while you're here, help me out.  On Friday, should I post about my further adventures with the Red Cross in New Jersey or would you like to hear about the simple Christmas present that snowballed into a very expressive techie nightmare?

Have a great day.

Questions of the Day:

Why do doctors leave the room while you change?  They're going to see you naked anyway.

Can a hearse carrying a corpse drive in the carpool lane?

How important does a person have to be before they are considered assassinated instead of just murdered?

If corn oil is made from corn, and vegetable oil is made from vegetables, what is baby oil made from?

The cat and the rubber glove made me laugh out loud.

I love the first picture too. Way too familiar.

Ref: Friday
I'm good with either, but I am curious about your techie nightmare. Were humans harmed?

AW! I love that picture of the sad dog asking if they can stop at Starbucks. I'd buy him a big frappucino!

I like that first picture, best (and the caption makes it even better!).

I vote for the techy nightmare story. Of course, all things technical are usually nightmares for me and will make me feel less lonely!

Awww. I like all the pics!

Either topic works for me. Why not both? Well, not at the same time, but you could save one for later. :)

Too many other options - funny!
Now you have me wondering about that baby oil...

I have two cats who lobby for those rules. If they get on the counter, they're dead though.

Maria - Define harmed. I think I hurt muself trying to connect the speaker wires to the back of the surround sound box while it was inside the new TV stand.

Julie - Oh, I bet he'd like that even better than a mocha latte.

LD Masterson said...

Stacy - Yup. Like I said - just like my kids.

Linda G. - True. Maybe techie nightmare this week and more on NJ next week.

Alex - I'm trying not to think too much about that one. :-)

Diane - Wouldn't dead cats on the counter be unsanitary?

The rubber glove one cracked me up!! Poor kitty!

It's too hard to select a favorite photo as they are all great and made my smile. I'm good with either post Friday cause I know they're both going to be interesting. Have to say it again, glad you're bad. Thanks for the laughs.

Jemi - Yup. We can all relate to that one.

Karin - Thanks. I'm going to do the techie nightmare for tomorrow and get back to the adventures in NJ next week.

Mason - I sure hope you meant "back" instead of "bad". Unless, ofcourse, you're referring to my jokes which often qualify as "bad".

Loved the photos. Less keen on the 'aw'. I don't have an 'aw' bone in my body. But, Linda, you have freaked me out with baby oil : )
