Happy Hump Day
Okay, let me set the record straight - I'm a dog person. I have a dog. I've always had dogs. I think dogs are noble animals and they can be both very attractive and quite funny.
But in photos, cats are...well...
Oh, just see for yourself.
That's almost scary. Scratch that - it's definitely scary.
Seems only fair.
Hmmm. Some of these could also apply to a dog.
I use that look to keep the kids in line.
And I wouldn't ask you to get through a Hump Day without your weekly "aw".
Did that one do it for you?
Okay, there are your hump day funnies. Hope this helps get you over the hump and coasting toward the weekend. But before you go, why don't you try our...

In response to your previous post, do people who check to receive e-mails on follow-up comments get spam IF the spam isn't posted to the comment (in other words, it shows up in the spam folder, but not the comment section)? If so, then I might have to re-think the registered user thing.
Stacy - This is going to be one of those trivia things that makes me feel really old. People of my generation would know #2 and #4.
On the spam thing, I think it's just the ones that make it into the comment section. But I still get spam-type comment notifications on blogs I've commented on months ago.
Oh my gosh! LOVING these...
And I only know the first one... I could google the others and look really smart... ;)
Morgan - Ah, but that would be cheating...
Sure, make me reveal my age by asking these trivia questions! #4 was from Laugh In, though I forget the comedian's name now. #1's Arnold Schwarzenegger, and #5 is good old Buzz, whom I've gotten to known intimately thanks to my grandboys.
We've always had both cats and dogs, and they've gotten along well but the cats are definitely in their own realm. Someone on the radio mentioned a great story (but didn't give the title) about cats that could talk, and no one liked what they said. I'll have to look it up now.
Love cat pics (and I'm not a "cat person"). The first one is hands-down my fave.
Cate - Ah, but you didn't answer #2 so maybe you're younger than you think.
If you find that story, come back and share the title.
Liz - Funny. But a little scary, too. :-)
1. Terminator 2
2. I think this was the Fonz on Happy Days
3. Orwell's 1984
4. Rowan and Martin's Laugh-in
5. Buzz Lightyear, Toy Story
PS Love the last picture.
Thank you for #4, Cate & Maria! It was driving me NUTS!!! I knew I knew it!
And Linda, I'm not that much younger than YOU!! :)
Good questions. #1 is Arnold, #3 is Orwell/1984 & #5 is Buzz/Toy Story.
I can hear both 2 & 4 in my head, but can't idenify the voice. Happy Days? Maybe???
Marie - Got some good guesses there. Have to come back on Friday to see if you got them all.
PS - me, too
Stacy - sock it to me, sock it to me
Jemi - Maybe one but not both.
I only know tow of those. But cats are funny.
Lol, I love those pictures. :) Thanks for sharing.
Love the cat posters. You are right about that first one, downright scary.
